Our founders have more than three decades of combined experience providing aggregate producers, mines, road builders and cement factories worldwide with parts and technical assistance to keep their plants up and running.

Crushtech Equipment provides OEM parts for rock crushing and screening equipment and have an extensive parts inventory in our warehouse in Miami, Florida ready to be shipped to our customers. We also provide customers with non OEM parts when the part has been discontinued by the manufacturer, when the delivery time is excessive or when the customer needs to find a better solution for a OEM part, an example would be when a customer is buying OEM wear parts with an standard 14% manganese for their machines but they need to increase the wear life we offer 18% and 21% manganese as well.

We also provide technical assistance to our customers worldwide, our extensive experience allows us to help crushing and screening facilities when starting up new or rebuilt equipment or when a machine is down and needs to be up and running as soon as possible. Part of our technical services consists in analyzing applications when the wear part is failing constantly increasing the production cost and diminishing the profits of the plant, besides recommending a higher grade of manganese of the wear part we could work with foundries to re-design or customize a cone crushing chamber configuration, modify the tooth profile of a jaw crusher die or change the metallurgy from manganese to chrome steel with ceramic inserts for the blow bars or anvils on a HSI or VSI.
